5. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

We and our providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, server logs, and similar technologies to keep the Services functioning, remember preferences, maintain security, understand usage, measure campaigns, and deliver or evaluate advertising. These technologies may collect device identifiers, IP address, browsing activity, approximate location, referring pages, and advertisement interactions over time and across websites or services.

You can control many cookies through your browser settings and, where available, our cookie or privacy choices tool. Blocking some technologies may affect functionality. Browser based Do Not Track signals are not interpreted consistently across the industry. Where applicable law requires it, we process legally recognized universal opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising for the browser or device that sends the signal.

6. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients for the purposes described in this Policy:

  • Service providers and contractors. Cloud hosting, software development, cybersecurity, customer relationship management, customer support, communications, document signing, scheduling, analytics, attribution, email, SMS, accounting, and other operational providers.
  • Payment and financing providers. Processors, banks, financing companies, billing platforms, and fraud prevention providers that handle or support transactions.
  • Community and platform providers. Providers that host member portals, chat communities, video meetings, educational content, alerts, or technical integrations. Information you post in a shared community may be visible to other members according to that community's settings.
  • Advertising and analytics partners. Advertising networks, social media platforms, analytics providers, and attribution partners that help us measure campaigns, understand engagement, or deliver advertising, subject to your available choices.
  • Professional advisers. Attorneys, accountants, auditors, insurers, consultants, and financial advisers when reasonably necessary for their services.
  • Legal and safety recipients. Courts, regulators, law enforcement, government agencies, or other parties when we believe disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property, users, or the public.
  • Business transaction recipients. Potential or actual buyers, investors, lenders, advisers, or successors in connection with financing, a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar transaction.
  • Recipients you direct. Other persons or entities when you ask us to disclose information, enable an integration, make a public post, or otherwise provide consent.

7. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising

We do not sell personal information for money. Some state privacy laws define "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" broadly enough to include certain disclosures of identifiers, device information, internet activity, or advertising interactions to advertising and analytics partners. To the extent our practices are treated as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable law, you may opt out as described in Section 12.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals under 18. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted by applicable law, and we do not knowingly use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics.

8. Email, Text Messages, and Calls

If you provide contact information, we may send transactional or service communications and, where permitted, marketing communications. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message. You can opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP, and you may reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing texts or calls is not a condition of purchase. Opting out of marketing does not prevent necessary transactional, security, or service communications.

Mobile phone numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, and consent records are not sold or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose this information to vendors that help us deliver messages, but only as needed to provide those services and subject to appropriate restrictions.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Services, maintain business and transaction records, comply with legal, tax, accounting, and reporting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and protect the security and integrity of our systems. Retention periods vary based on the type and sensitivity of information, the nature of our relationship, legal requirements, and operational needs. When information is no longer required, we may delete, deidentify, or aggregate it.

10. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for promptly notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access.

11. Your Choices

  • Account information. You may update certain account details through the Services or by contacting us.
  • Marketing. You may use the unsubscribe link in emails, reply STOP to marketing texts, or contact us. Allow reasonable time for preference changes to take effect.
  • Cookies and advertising. You may use browser controls, available cookie or privacy settings, and recognized opt-out preference signals where supported and legally required.

You may also have the right to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; withdraw consent; or appeal a denied request. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

To appeal a decision, email us with the subject line "Privacy Appeal."

We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. Verification may require matching information you provide with our records or requesting additional information appropriate to the nature of the request. We will use verification information only for that purpose. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and direct identity verification. Certain information may be exempt, and we may deny or limit a request when permitted by law.
